Word of advice from a professional permanent makeup artist
Permanent makeup is not for everyone. We encourage you to learn as much as possible about Pros and Cons of getting permanent makeup to ensure that you are a potential candidate for it. You can find answers to frequently asked questions on the FAQ page. When you’ve decided that you are ready for permanent makeup, simply schedule your consultation appointment. Also, don’t forget to read through the before and after treatment pages as they outline how to prepare for and what to do after the permanent makeup treatment.

Policy
If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to re-schedule, out of courtesy to our artists and customers. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in losing your booking fee and you will be required to pay another booking fee to book a new appointment.
Cancellation
We have a strict 72 hours cancellation policy. For cancellation without 72 hours notice or for those, who does not show for the appointment, will loose the booking fee and another fee of $50 will be needed to reschedule.
Appointment Deposit
$50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the appointment. This booking fee will be credited toward the treatment cost.
The balance is due the day of the treatment. The payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, Venmo, Zelle or cash.
