Permanent makeup is a wonderful way to highlight your features and wake up every day looking effortlessly beautiful. Choosing the right treatment is an important decision, which is why we always encourage you to do your research and ask your PMU artist any questions you may have. Your comfort and confidence matter to us.
To make things easier, we’ve gathered answers to the most frequently asked questions on the FAQ page so you can feel informed and excited about your permanent makeup journey. When you’ve decided that you are ready for permanent makeup, simply schedule your consultation or actual treatment appointment. Also, don’t forget to read through the before and after treatment pages as they outline how to prepare for and what to do after the permanent makeup treatment.
Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy
This booking fee will be credited toward the treatment cost.
The balance is due the day of the treatment. The payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, Venmo, Zelle or cash.
We maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy to ensure fairness and efficient scheduling.
- The booking fee is refundable or transferable (one reschedule allowed) only if the cancellation or rescheduling request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- The booking fee is non-refundable if there is more than one reschedule, or if a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show occurs for any reason within 48 hours of the appointment time.
- If the booking fee is not received, the selected time slot will remain available for other clients to book.
Upon receipt of the booking fee, you will receive an appointment confirmation, along with the studio address, pre-care instructions, and required forms for your review and completion.
If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to re-schedule, out of courtesy to our artists and customers. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in losing your booking fee and you will be required to pay another booking fee to book a new appointment.
